We offer distribution across the Gold Coast region from Upper Coomera down to Pottsville,  including Tweed and northern NSW. We can help you target specific suburbs or neighbourhoods to meet your campaign goals. For more information see our area list.

Our minimum delivery order is 1,000 items. This ensures we can efficiently plan and execute your distribution campaign, making the process both cost-effective and reliable.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of our deliveries, it is difficult to guarantee 100% accuracy due to factors beyond our control. As with most postal services, certain external factors, such as weather or inaccessibility may impact our ability to guarantee the delivery of every item. We work diligently to minimise these issues through using only trusted adults for deliveries, conducting regular spot checks and communicating with you regarding any potential delays or challenges.

There are several possible reasons an address may not be delivered to including:
- Due to placement of “No Junk Mail" messages on delivery points
-There may not have been enough articles to cover the amount of delivery points
- Inaccessible delivery point, e.g. no mailbox or inaccessible due to weather or obstructions
- Changes in local geography, private and commercial construction
- Natural growth and attrition due to housing development, e.g high rise apartments, new houses/estates, etc.
- As the number of delivery points change over time for several reasons. It is difficult to guarantee absolute accuracy at the street level at any point in time.

By default, we respect 'no junk mail' stickers and avoid delivering materials to these letterboxes. However, if your materials fall under exempt categories, they can be delivered regardless of the sticker. If you have specific delivery preferences, please let us know, and we’ll ensure your campaign aligns with the applicable guidelines.

We make every effort to ensure your materials are delivered as scheduled.  If you have any questions, please get in touch and we can provide status checks and updates on your campaign as required.

Yes, we offer distribution services for a wide variety of letterbox advertising materials, including:
- envelopes, cards, postcards, fridge magnets
- flyers, catalogues and brochures
- samples and coupons
- wrapped or folded items

Booking is easy! Simply contact us or fill out a booking form with your campaign details. We’ll confirm availability and send you a booking confirmation with all the necessary information.

Unfavourable weather conditions such as heavy rain or storms can sometimes impact delivery times. Deliveries are not made in wet conditions, to prevent your flyers from being damaged.
